The Company will collect and use your personal data you provide in this form for the purpose of verifying your rights and identity as the data subject or as a person authorized to act on behalf of the data subject, and for processing your request. In order for handling your request, the Company may need to disclose your personal data to other individuals or legal entities that are necessary for processing your request.
