The Service Provider agrees to provide services to the Client under the following scope and conditions:
1. Deposit and Withdrawal Service
Under the scope of this service, the Service Provider will connect to the Blockchain Network, enabling the Client to conduct digital asset transactions via UI or API. The Client agrees and consents to allow the Service Provider to access their digital asset information for the purpose of executing the Client's transaction orders on the Blockchain Network. The service scope also includes connectivity to a digital asset price database to calculate the value of the Client's assets.

2. Digital Asset Deposit & Withdrawal
Digital asset deposits and withdrawals on the blockchain network can be performed as follows:
2.1 Deposit Process via Website, Web Application, and/or other Channels specified by the Service Provider
1) The Client can view or copy their unique Deposit Address, available in both ""Text"" and ""QR Code"" formats, through the Orbix Connect website.
2) The Client can then use this copied Deposit Address to initiate the digital asset deposit.
3) Once the Client initiates the deposit and the transaction is successfully broadcast to the Blockchain Network, the Client can monitor the transaction status independently through the Orbix Connect platform.
2.2 Withdrawal Process from the Electronic System and/or Channels specified by the Service Provider
1) The Client verifies and submits a "Withdrawal" request through one of the following chosen methods:
2) The Client's "Withdrawal" request is sent to the Service Provider's system. The Service Provider then verifies the request against the Client's predefined internal approval policy (including approval tiers, criteria, and rules). This verification process includes confirming the validity of the Client's cryptographic key used for authorization via the Orbix Vault application.
3. For requests submitted via API, the Client must encrypt the request using their cryptographic key registered with the Service Provider and submit it through the API according to the specified procedures.
4. Subject to withdrawal limitations, the Client can withdraw assets to destination wallets, including those under the custody of orbix Custodian and external digital asset wallets. The Client is solely responsible for any applicable transaction fees.
5. The Service Provider's system will verify that the Client's transaction execution complies with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Service Agreement Policy (if applicable) and the Orbix Custodian Internal Policy.
6. Once the Service Provider's system confirms that the Client's transaction is correct and compliant with all terms and conditions, the Service Provider will approve the transaction using its own cryptographic key. The Service Provider will then process the Client's fully validated transaction order, completing the withdrawal within a period not exceeding 3 business days.
Note: The aforementioned timeframe commences upon the Service Provider's receipt of a complete and valid transaction order from the Client (as defined in the Terms and Conditions for Digital Asset Custody Services). However, this period may be subject to change or extension at the Service Provider's discretion, based on factors such as transaction volume, network congestion, and other conditions of the blockchain or electronic systems at the time of processing.
7. Once the withdrawal has been initiated and the Service Provider has successfully broadcast the transaction order to the Blockchain Network, the Service Provider's system will provide a status update to the Client. The Client is responsible for independently monitoring the final transaction status through the Orbix Connect platform.
3. Management of Client Assets
The Service Provider manages and stores the cryptographic keys required to access each client's assets in a system that is connected to the network only when conducting transactions (Cold Wallet). The Service Provider maintains records that segregate client ownership for each cryptographic key. Furthermore, the Service Provider ensures that clients' digital assets are clearly and verifiably segregated from the Company's own assets at all times.
