Service and Custodial Fees for Digital Asset Management

Setup Fee | For system configuration and onboarding. One-time setup to establish the client account and transaction approval policy. | THB 5,000,000 (one-time charge). |
Transaction Fee | A per-transaction fee charged for each on-chain transaction processed. This is charged in addition to any blockchain network (Gas) fees. | Currently waived. |
Custodial Service Fee | A fee for digital assets held under the 'Implicit' and 'Explicit' custody services provided by the Company. | The fee is calculated on a tiered basis according to the value of Assets Under Custody (AUC), ranging from 0.015% - 0.035% per month. This is subject to a minimum charge of THB 7,000 per month per user account (the minimum rate calculation is dependent on the value of digital assets held within the account). |
Remark*
1) Additional fees may apply depending on the specific service scope or customized client requests.
2) The Company's fees and service charges are exclusive of network Gas Fees.
3) Service rates and fees may be adjusted according to marketing promotions and are applicable only during the specified promotional period.
Additional Fees and Charges
In addition to the standard fees, the following services may incur additional charges:

Emergency Key Access Fee | This service is for instances where a client requires the use of an Emergency Key to access assets during an emergency, or if normal account access is unavailable. The fee covers expenses associated with the verification, validation, and activation of the Emergency Key, all performed in accordance with the Company's security protocols. | Determined by an assessment of actual costs incurred. |
API Integration Service Fee | For connecting a client's system to the Company's platform via API. | Determined by an assessment of actual costs incurred. |
Unsupported Digital Asset Transfer | A fee for processing the withdrawal of assets not supported by the Company. This applies to mistaken deposits or assets that have been delisted. Per the T&C, delisted assets must be withdrawn within 30 days of the official announcement. | THB 10,000 per request |
Off-Hours Service Fee | For services requested outside of standard business hours (e.g., nights, weekends, public holidays). This additional fee covers the costs for after-hours personnel and support. | THB 10,000 per request |
New Coin / Network Support | For clients requesting the addition of support for new coins or networks not currently listed. This fee covers implementation and activation. | Determined by an assessment of actual costs incurred. |
System Customization | For clients requesting the development and addition of custom features to the Company's system. | Determined by an assessment of actual costs incurred. |
Transaction Recovery Service | This service applies in cases where a client error, either in a transaction or system configuration, affects the management of digital assets and requires assistance for correction or recovery. A special service fee may be charged, the amount of which depends on the complexity of resolving the issue with the already executed transaction. | Determined by an assessment of actual costs incurred. |
Additional Approver Setup | A fee for when the client requests to add more approvers to their account policy. | Currently waived. |
Training or Onboarding Support (Additional Training) | For clients requiring additional training sessions (e.g., for new employees) on the Orbix Connect and Vault systems, beyond the standard onboarding training. | Determined by an assessment of actual costs incurred. |
Remark*
1. The pricing for the Unsupported Asset Withdrawal Fee and the After-Hours Service Fee is based on prevailing market rates.
2. For other services where fees are determined by an assessment of actual costs, calculations will be based on a man-day rate of THB 20,000 per person, per day.
