The Whistleblowing and Complaint Channel is intended solely for reporting misconduct when employees are observed abusing their authority for personal gain in ways that are unlawful or unethical, such as embezzlement, fraud, accounting manipulation, procurement misconduct, bribery, cybercrime, and corruption. It may also be used to report cases of inappropriate employee behavior that damage the organization’s reputation. In addition, this channel serves as an official means for submitting complaints regarding systems and products, as well as for providing suggestions only
